Much more than the usual village shop. Newspapers, fresh bread, including sourdough loaves, fresh veg, a great range of drinks, including interesting local beers ciders, wine from the vineyard in Tintern. Plus a coffee shop. Don't miss it if you're walking Offa's Dyke path.

Cute little village shop with a selection of items to buy but there is also a coffee shop which serves cakes and coffee. There is plenty of outdoor seating and some inside. COVID compliant and a nice location.

Spent a week in a cottage in Tintern and visited her 4 times. Nearest shop for groceries run by volunteers. Great little shop and atmosphere. Lots to buy and great cakes/sandwiches

Great community shop and cafe. Beautiful setting with grass play area and outdoor seating. Called in for a few items, loved the fresh baked sourdough bread. A wide selection of eco-friendly cleaning products sold by the half litre from large containers to reduce packaging. Good selection of beers wines and local ciders. Vegetarian and vegan frozen food, including some gluten-free. On a par with a good quality deli. Staffed by volunteers.
