At the first booth we sat at there were too many flies, granted we were close to a garbage recepticle. Servers assumed our order was to go without asking, and packaged it as so.

Excellent service. Very polite and fast. Food was delicious. Love the pup cup for my doggie. It's the personal touches that make you want to come back again and again.

Worst experience, young staff seemed to not care. Will not be coming back, glazed chicken strips were soaked in bbq sauce, girl at the window didn't give me a lid to my dripping blizzard, after going inside to get forgotten sauces saw cook touched his facewith gloved hands and from when I was there did not appear to act as if he was even gonna change them.

Customer service was incredible the icecream machine was sleeping and they literally woke it up for us ??????

I posted a review a few weeks ago concerning an issue with the blizzards we received. The response was amazing. The Manager called to let me know the machines used to produce blizzards was taken apart and thoroughly cleaned and assured me that staffwas retrained on cleaning procedures. Thank you Dairy Queen in Monmouth for responding to customer issues.
