The place is good enough for what it does. It's more of an à la carte restaurant since they will certainly add more servings of ice cream to your halo-halo or whatever cuisine you want, but at a cost. Considering that it is a Chinese restaurant, it offers a plethora of Chinese cuisines on its menu. In sum, this is a great place for holding get-togethers with friends and families. The reason for the three stars is really the location. People had to take an extra tricycle ride to reach the place from Monkayo's public market and bus terminal.

Mandarin Tea Garden's Wanton Noodles is quite good. Fair enough for its price. A quick-homesick-remedy for people like me who are taking a vacation here in Monkayo is used to the city-life.
