This is the worst burger king I have ever been to. The service is terrible, you sit at the drive thru window and the staff does not acknowledge you at all. I also am very unimpressed with the service on the app. I travel for work often and order using the app multiple times. I accidentally ordered using the wrong location and could not cancel my order and when I reached out for help to see if they could change the location or cancel the order they could not and refused to refund me.
