Aquí en Valencia ni te regalan la tapa ni saben hacer la tortilla de patatas como en otros lugares, siempre hay honrosas excepciones, no digo que no, pero yo no las conozco. Entramos con sed de una cerveza, y poca hambre, pero la camarera nos sirvió un pincho de tortilla, una de las mejores que jamas he probado, por lo que hay que alabar y dar a conocer su trabajo y el detalle.
