Mcdonald's - Moncks Corner

Every time I have placed a mobile order it is accepted by the store then cancelled after 20 minutes of accepting. When I have gone in to order food they don’t put all of it in the bag and when you tell them things are missing they get mad and rude with you. I know it’s the only one in town but please drive the extra 15 minutes to the one in goose creek or Summerville because this place is awful they don’t deserve anyones business

McDonald’s don’t even recognize your existence when you are at the counter. I ordered from the kiosk and cashless payment was not available at the time so I take my receipt to the counter which has happened on several different visits and employees don’t even look that way including the managers. I waited for several minutes and left my ticket laying on the counter and went to Hardee’s.

These people have no clue what they're doing. It's amazing that they have actually made it to work and dressed themselves. Avoid this McDonald's at all means necessary

I ain’t one to complain but someone lmk why i was sitting at curbside pickup for 45 mins waitin for my nuggies ?

I ordered curbside pick up and it took 30mins to receive my food and when I did receive my food the worker looked like she didn’t want to be there and my food was cold.
