Bon Aire - Moncada

We had the most delicious food at this fabulous restaurant. We sat outside and had a wonderful view of the rice fields. We started off with deep fried squid and bread so delicious. We ordered the mixed paella which was flavoursome and plentiful. They recommended either to have the meat paella or the seafood paella rather than the mix. The reason being that the flavours would be more ‘true’

Especialmente en este restaurante. El mejor arroz con carabineros de mi vida. No entiendo por qué solo tiene 4 estrellas. El arroz más sabroso y en su punto que he comido en mucho tiempo. Bueno, el Duna también está a la altura. Sin duda, uno de los mejores arroces de Valencia y con un servicio impecable.
