My room smelled a bit musty and the carpet was pretty dirty. Decent free breakfast in the morning and the staff was very friendly. Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss, one day I couldn't connect and the next I could. The bed was comfy but the shower head was too low for those of us over 6'2 . Also the mini fridge in my room was broken, did not get cool at all.

I came to visit from Indianapolis, Indiana and stayed at the Country Inn and Suites in Moline, IL and it was a fairly good experience.Most of the staff are really nice, there was good choices for breakfast, and it was located near a lot of shopping centers and places to eat. There was a housekeeper named Jessica who was very nice and helped me with a lot of my room service needs. I really appreciate the work that she does to ensure that people have a good stay.

The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was great but the room smelled of old food.

We could not be happier with our stay at this Country Inn Suites!!! Although our room was great, as well as the cleanliness of the entire hotel, the staff made it the best!! Everyone we encountered greeted us warmly, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Our highest “kudos” go to Kumar, the manager who was always diligent in making sure everything under his care was going well!! And our special “thanks” go to Karen, Monica, Katie, Lonzo!! They were all the most hospitable caring hotel staff we’ve encountered!! It was evident they all cared about doing their best for their hotel-visitors!! Thank you for a great stay!!

Booked 10 rooms for our traveling softball Team. Our kids were super excited to go out of town to play some ball, spend quality time together, and of course swim. Showed up Friday and the kids couldn't swim because someone rents out the pool for infant swimming lessons. This information was not posted or we would have chosen a different hotel. Group of 10 rooms for the weekend is quite an expense and no one seemed to care that we had 10 plus let down children. Closing the pool on Friday evening is a horrible business decision. Rooms were dated, dirty, and had ants. Gross experience!
