Total lack of professionalism from personnel. Complete lack of sympathy and respect for customers. With 4 employees inside the mail, those who were present asked to wait a moment and began to count the money in the box, after 15 minutes it continued to count and I was waiting for the service window to bend in the cold, for one of the 4 badly occupied Danes, and the more than 10 customers who arrived in the meantime. It's unacceptable. I will never return to this gas station and I recommend that you do not use it for everything! None of the staff who work there deserves every cent paid to them.
I give 4 stars because not all employees are the same. I am a daily customer of several products in this facility, but today 27/12/2022 at 8:30 am when I leave my service I stopped to buy a blue LM when with a €20 bill the staff saw my clothes and told me that I have no change when I can pay for a money, it seemed suspicious of the note, but with the good manners I have there I found to pay coins. We talk about 15,10 € change, I can't believe I didn't have it. PS: In many years as a customer, this is the first time that this happened to me.
