Great atmosphere, full of locals enjoying great food and drinks. Pizzas are amazing. Short walk from Villa Condulmer Hotel and Golf Club. Delightful.

Google maps identified this place as being within walking distance of our accommodation so we trekked out along roads without pavements towards Zerman in the heat of the day in the hope of a reasonable lunch. It looked deserted but there were a lot of cars outside when we took our seats on the patio under an umbrella. As we sat there was a constant stream of locals leaving. It turned out that the interior was very large and all the locals were sensibly eating inside. The food was delicious the wine was good and the value was excellent. Well recommended. Very friendly waitress. Lovely

Pizza delicious, seafood perfect and a fantastic red wine. Nice terrace to sit outside. Very quiet Service really good

We had the original Pizza made with a special kind of flour you can read about it on their menu. It was very very good. Several days later we returned for lunch. They do not make Pizza in the day time. We tried their lunch and that food was not even worthy of any mention.
