We dined here with our family. Lovely ambience with pleasant servers and great food. Good layout with comfortable sitting arrangement. Food was served within reasonable time. Great taste. Dined here last week and I must say that it was a truly amazing experience from beginning to end. The gourmet burgers were absolutely fantastic, brimming with flavour and grilled to perfection. The range of selections suited to all tastes, additionally they also have vegetarian options, ensuring that there was something for everyone.The service was excellent, with attentive staff who were kind and informed about the food options. They went above and above to make our meal experience extraordinary. And don 't forget about the beers; they had a fantastic range of craft brews that went wonderfully with the burgers. Overall, The Works exceeded all expectations.

Attempted to go for dinner and after waiting an hour and half we were told our order was never processed. They said they were going to get our order out to us but after waiting even longer nothing arrived. Management was non existent to deal with the situation. Instead of doing the right thing and just waiving the cost of the 2 pop and 1 beer we ACTUALLY received, they still charges us. Disappointed as The Works Milton was our regular place but after tonight we won’t be returning.
