Great Italian food place in Milton. I had a chicken parm sandwich with onion and hot peppers. Excellent sandwich. My favorite place for these sandwiches is the California sandwich chain. This place is equally good. Now I don't have to drive far away for these sandwiches. Unlike some other reviews, I got a hot sandwich for lunch. It was also very reasonably priced. I paid around $12. The only problem is that price is not posted, and they only take cash.
The BEST veal on a bun anywhere!! They also have a great selection of other hot table items and desserts. It's a lovely family owned and operated business which has been around Milton for many many years (I don't know how long).Heads up: Bring cash! No debit, but there IS an ATM there which charges a somewhat modest fee. It didn't bother me too much as I REALLY wanted that sandwich!!
My MIL introduced us to this place a few years ago through their pizza. I'll be honest and fair in saying I don't like pizza. It's not exactly my favourite. That being said, I find myself having a slice or two everytime this pizza was around. It became a staple for our family over the years at almost all major bbqs, birthdays etc. And folks are always asking where we got it.Last month we ordered three party sized to feed 17 teenagers and they demolished every last crumb and asked where we got the pizza it was so good.I have Italians in my family and circle as well and they have commented how good the pizza is that it tastes like home made pizza ?Today we called as family are in town and my niece for her birthday decided she wanted pizza. The service was very friendly, they accommodated us for two large pies and once again, all eaten. The crust is light and fluffy, not too thick or thin. The ratio of sauce to cheese is good and it's not overly greasy which is an added bonus.Even after a day or two in the fridge the dough is still nice and soft. It's great reheated in oven/air fryer/mircowave/ cold or enjoyed at room temperature ?A definite staple for the pizza lovers in my family. And for the occasional part taker like myself.
