Great amateur of gastronomy and refined cuisine, I admit to be very surprised not to see the restaurant the little castle on the list of starred restaurants in Belgium. The chef bertrand jacquin is a master in French cuisine, he excels in all areas and I dare hope that the gastronomic guides will rectify this injustice. francis dourlet that runs 90 kms to enjoy this high quality restaurant.

As a passionate lover of fine dining and gourmet cuisine, I must say I was quite surprised to find that the Little Castle restaurant is not included in the list of Michelin-starred restaurants in Belgium. Chef Bertrand Jacquin is a master of French cuisine and excels in every aspect. I truly hope that gastronomic guides will correct this oversight soon. Francis Dourlet even travels 90 kilometers just to dine at this exceptional restaurant.

I always enjoy coming to this charming restaurant. The tasting menu never fails to impress me. It's been three decades since this chef and his team have been providing such joy to their customers.
