Before the rest of the lock, I met a friend here. Rich parking, the entrance area beautifully decorated and the sculpture garden is also very beautiful. The hygiene regulations are partly very well implemented. It was well marked that you can only get through the entrance to the restaurant and there is a separate exit. In a part of the inner area a table was usable from a locked etc. This ensured a minimum distance and the staff also took care of it. Whether the tables were disinfected or cleaned after use, I could not observe (because I left the place). In another part of the interior, however, all tables were usable and had not enough distance, and in the afternoon the place was fully occupied. In the outdoor area was a small tent, even there table at table dresses without sufficient distance, also very warm by heating. Through this area you have to come to the Skulturgarten. Since very narrow, there could not be a minimum distance here and it was amazed by the narrow. Too many people too close. Every table was used outside. I found the toilet lights very well from the approach. However, by a DIN A4 sheet on the door too badly described and therefore not recognized by many people and not used properly. There were 3 buttons in the ladies' room, so only three people at the same time in the toilet. If the button was green, you could signal to the toilet and by pressing the button (which was then red) that toilet room is occupied. After leaving, the button should be pressed back to mark the toilet space free from 'green'. Unfortunately, most after leaving the toilet did not think of pressing the button again. When I used it, one of the three buttons was green when I arrived at the floor of the toilet, but at least 4 people (with me then 5) were on the toilet. At least 2 people were too close together at the latest on the sink. Fazid: system very good, unfortunately very badly implemented by visitors. I liked even less that in the afternoon, when the place was full, a long snake formed in front of the toilet. No one in the queue has a security clearance. Then the snake was in a narrow passage between the coke and the occupied table. Some who could not know the ampoule system are past snake and wanted to use toilet as usual. Since this band also led to the outside area and to the exit, too many people were in the closest room. In principle, therefore, a very good hygiene system, which was unfortunately only carried out half-heartedly. To the restaurant itself: very tasty; very small menu (unfortunately not my taste); to choose several cakes, large pieces, also costed, but unfortunately also not my taste. The orders were received and delivered quickly. However, they were no longer taken into account. In order to reorder something else (coffee), one had to wait until an operation of the way came and one could appeal to them. Just like you wanted to pay. I'm used to the fact that the operation comes to the table and asks if everything is okay and if you want to order something else. And in the middle of the day the place was still empty and lots of staff. After a walk in the sculpture garden we are back on a coffee in the restaurant. Have you asked if a table is still free and went on to be assigned to us. After about 1/2 hours, a 'keeping of 18 h sign' was simply beaten to our table, which I personally felt to be rude. We could have already pointed out at the table occupancy or could at least give a friendly comment if the sign was set. Especially since it was at least 1 hour to 18 hours. The products were good and also tasteful, the prices were good, but the product offer would not be a reason for me to visit the restaurant. But the ambience and the sculpture garden, the opportunity to take a walk and then repay a coffee, are a reason I would like to go back there.
Very tastefully decorated. Very delicious food. Great ambience. Everything's good and we're back.
We were at the Torhaus restaurant today. After the Corona crisis, the restaurant was crowded and the shops were obviously good. We had to wait 40 minutes for our order. On request for service we have a very unfriendly answer. At 2 of the dishes we noticed that they were already cold. The Schnitzel Vienna was not the way to prepare such a carving. (Locker crust, previously turned into flour). WIr believed we would not visit this restaurant again.
Nicely decorated everything, but the food wasn't so great. And my Cola just tasted the calm water...
