Bidra med feedbackWe stopped for late lunch around 130pm; Two Cheeseburger kids meals w/coke's, and a Whopper, nothing too rough. Ordering and payment transaction went fine; service was super friendly. 10 minutes later food was finally ready and handed to me with a smile. The food was prepared and served Very nicely and we were Super happy with the whole experience.
Drove up and watched the drive-through worker walk out of the weed shop next door and start smoking. As we ordered food she was still walking back into the Burger King. Got the ENTIRE order wrong. When we pulled up to the window I watched her hand out weed products to other workers clouding the female manager who was in a white collared shirt. We were missing half of our order. Didn't feel like going back to deal with people who considered getting weed in the middle of their shift more important than serving their customers right. I don't mind the weed smoking just maybe get some priorities.
Girl in counter with no smile and sour attitude needs not be behind counter, maybe she can clean the area and the poor cook on back with a great attitude and smile should be behind counter. Had to repeat my self 3 times asked for no ice on drink and still got a full cup of ice. She forgot 1/2 of my order, is this place drug testing or know who they hiring ???
Food was terrible. I had better at Burger King's this Burger King was terrible food the sauces was expired. The hamburgers was pushed down the buns were burnt it was terribleFood: 1/5
I ordered the $18 meal deal, which was supposed to have a Whopper I got the double cheeseburger a piece nuggets small fry small drink and a Hershey's pie. When doordash delivered my order I had no Whopper and no Hershey's pie... This mail was going to feed two people now one person has no food. I was on the phone for almost a half an hour with doordash and they will not give me a refund. Have the orders anymore from these fast food places are missing something or have the wrong items. And I am tired of doordash not standing behind the restaurants and giving the customer a refund when they don't get an item or get the wrong item. This is the second time this Burger King has messed up my order in the last couple months. I will not be ordering from them ever again.
