Bidra med feedbackI came here to eat and I don't know if I was being talking trash since I moved to a corner to check my bank balance and then the employee their was watching me and telling the other employee something speaking loudly. Don't know what he was saying though maybe misheard but it felt uncomfortable like if he was talking trash to me. All I did was try to be the bigger man and chill to not make matters worse. Not coming here again felt uncomfortable. And yes not a person who would talk back. I just manage to keep it cool and walk away.
If you are craving a meatball sandwhich don't come here at night time. They always seem to run out. Thank God for TOGOS!
2/9/22- 7:30 pm or so...Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant!!! I ordered 4 sandwiches online. Shortly after, I received a call back saying they were out of bread. So, I asked you 're out of what type of bread ..the girl said all bread, except flatbread. . I was a little astonished, as I have been coming to Subway for 20 years, and that was a first...so I asked when will the next bread be ready? She said about an hour and a half . I was a little baffled, and then some guy got on the phone and said basically the same thing as the girl did. So, I said ok, I paid online with Apple Pay, so does that just get reversed and put back on my Apple Pay? And, he had no clue. He said I don 't know how to do that, but if you come in I can give you cash . So, I guess I have no other choice right...had to go in and get my cash back. I walked in, and the guy said are you the guy with the refund? And I said yeah, and he said here 's your cash and threw a small cookie bag with my money in it and walked away. No apology....No sorry for the trouble ... sorry for the inconvenience ...nothing. He just walked away without saying a single word.Then, as I sat in my car, I see them laughing through the window. Yeah...real funny!!! The manager needs to fire these two, or teach them proper customer service when your company inconveniences the customer because they can 't put bread in the over when they should....
I ordered BOGO free sandwiches, my order was not worth one sandwich. Ordered meatball subs, no sauce on the sandwiches, the cheese was in a clump. They gave me the end cap of a pepper. I think I'm also going to be sick from eating half of one. Truly disgusting. I should have returned them and asked the two knuckleheads what or were they thinking when they made this pathetic sandwich. I've written off Subway. I'll never go there again. Too many sandwich places to order from.
