Ketchie Creek Bakery - Mocksville

Everything is always so good at Ketchie Creek Bakery... From biscuits, cupcakes, brownies, lemon bars, sliced cakes, pound cakes to special cakes... All they do tastes great and it is beautifully done. I had once made a special cake and took a napkin with beautiful flowers on her to go past... It looked just like this napkin, so beautiful. Love their salads and the Deli articles I tried. I'm sure it's all wonderful. Everybody's very nice. You have a sweet little shop with gift ideas, cards... etc. If you weren't in, you have to go.

Omg! Love this place! Everything's just so good! You have a great mango smoothie! The brownies are always fresh, damp, covered in icing. The lady I spoke with really went out of her way to customize my sons Brownies for his birthday, although the Clemmons branch has no cake decorator. She didn't stop her and he was satisfied.

Large bakery/café in Mocksville. They have large pastries and espresso drinks. Your sandwich menu looks good, but I never tried. I was often and never had a bad experience. They have opened their dining area so that food is possible. I think it's an order in the counter, so don't go to expect table service.

A little too expensive for quality but always a pleasure in. Staff are always young. But all in all food is always on point just wish that they have a little price because it is a little extreme. They make pretty cakes, but the taste of these cakes are not on the point. Now their special cakes in the front counter are always delicious, but again something too high.

Yesterday on our way home from the Fourth of July holiday we stopped half way in Mocksville. A few miles of the I40 interstate this place did not disappoint. It was well worth the short jaunt for fresh food, a place to sit and talk, lovely iced lattes, and fun boutique to browse in. We will make Ketchie Creek Bakery our permanent half way stop from now on!!
