Hillbilly Diner Holy Cow Ice Cream

My spouse and I stumbled upon this restaurant while traveling to North Wilkesboro a few months ago, and we finally had the chance to stop in and taste the food. The country fried steak and BBQ were absolutely delicious. The Dr. Pepper float at the end was also a delightful addition to our meal!

This was my first time dining at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. My husband raved about his pizza burger, saying it was the best he had ever tasted. The fries were cooked perfectly as well. We definitely plan on returning in the future.

Big plate homewrecker loaded fries. I had triple decker sandwich with more fries. Truckers come bobtail here small lot. But you will leave full. Better than truckstop food. They do have pickup give them a call.

I was pleasantly surprised by The Hillbilly Diner. Despite its unassuming appearance and out-of-the-way location, we definitely plan on returning. While the bun on my barbecue sandwich was a bit too toasted, the food was delicious. I'm looking forward to trying the barbecue plate with hush puppies next time. The service was prompt and the waitress was friendly. The barbecue here is some of the best in the area, and the fries were also quite tasty. My wife enjoyed her burger, and we were happy to find hand-dipped ice cream and homemade pies for dessert. They offer daily specials, and I can't wait to come back to try the ribs, half barbecued chicken, and fried catfish.

Came with my 2 youngs here. great food and services. I highly recommend it. the burger, grilled cheese and pommes were great.
