I came to tgi on 5-13-2019 at 16:20 am my reservation was at 4:45 am when I was greeted by the host, I declare that I have a reservation that I declare online thru open table the host declares that she never heard of it. they said there are reservations made when they call the restaurant and they write it in the book. I told her I had a confirmation no. She told me I didn't know anything about it and never heard of it. So I said well ask her manager maybe he can help us with it, she went to ask him he said he didn't know anything about open table although I had a confirmation no. it is nothing he could do about it he never came to speak or to welcome or to apologize or something. I asked his name, she told me reluctantly steven brown. because it was a graduation party, we stayed there but we will not protect that establishment and we will spread the word. By the way, the waitress was great to never see the chance or talk to the man he never came out to welcome us.

We have made our reservation through open table, but at the arrival the restaurant would not honor the reservation. they said that open table should be switched off for this night. After they had confirmed that they had the reservation, they refused to honour them. they told us that the waiting period would be 30-45 minutes. there was no other place to go or we would have gone out. we went into the bar and found a table. we talked to the waitress who worked with the “host” for us to eat in the bar area. the waitress was great (monica.) the management would have done the right thing and appreciated our reservation. it shouldn't have been our problem.

I was very disappointed by my experience on Friday. I've been eating there for years and it was the choice of my life for his conclusion. 5 the endless appetizers are ordered. the waitress had to go back three times to finally get the flat brothühne I ordered. that was after all the other orders arrived. then ordered 3 of men and I second appetizers and they got their back in front of me. they actually got orders before my second finally got out, and the second order for everyone was half cold and not good at all. for my last appetizer I ordered it 20 minutes free. most of my family and friends had gone. the waitress apologised that the people on the back caught my things on other tables. I don't know how it works, but I call that bull. then, to my worse experience ever it took the waitress 20 minutes to get my **** right.
