It’s nice but when you have a lot of customers it gets packed all the way to the stop sign but the line moves

I go through Scooters 1-2 times a week and my drink is never right. I normally order a vanilla oatmilk latte half caff or a vanilla iced americano with cream. The lattes are always watered down tasting. It barely tastes like espresso or vanilla. Today I asked for more vanilla because my latte tasted more like milk than vanilla and espresso. They told me they couldn’t take my drink back to add more. So I asked to get it in a cup on the side and mix it in myself. They told me it would be .80 cents more to do that. Normally, I’d be okay with that. But, when you’re already paying $7 for a drink that’s made poorly, you’re not going to want to pay more on top of that. I also always have my iced americano made wrong too. It always tastes watered down and it’s always lukewarm when they hand me it. It’s to a point where I’ve started buying shots on ice for the last month or so to make the drink myself, because I used to be a barista.

Food was inedible. Coffee just average. Staff was nice but not intelligent on coffee

The girls working are always so nice! Great place to get a quick pick me up.

Always friendly and fast, especially if you use their app.
