Mcdonald's

Poor service, didn’t have the food I ordered and would not give a refund because I paid with a card… Will not be going back..

Obviously I've been to McDonald's in so many different locations around the world, I'd like to think like most people I know what I should be getting from McDonald's. This McDonald's is really quite unbelievable, for the last 2 years the CR has been closed and out of order so customers take to urinating out the front of the shop. Coffee Is usually unavailable so don't bother trying order. I remember going there last month and they had ran out of french fries, I asked would the meal be discounted as it didn't include the fries, of course it was not. This morning I went there at 7am for a breakfast but of course NO breakfast menu, very strange. I would also recommend staying away from the fried chicken as sometimes it tastes of chemicals as they don't rinse the fryer properly. All in all McDonald's is a fool proof system that works everywhere, somehow McDonald's Moalboal managed to screw it up, now that's impressive, well done!

Substandard restaurant. I have been here a few times and there is always something wrong. We have on several occasions been served chicken that is red inside, French fries also often not cooked enough. More than often they are out of stock of base items. This morning I tried to have breakfast there. The breakfast sandwiches was of course out of stock. And it was hot like an oven inside so I asked the manager to turn on the Aircon. But she refused since her boss had told they need to save. Avoid at all costs.

McDonalds in Moalboal is quite very busy due to long queue of walk in customers. The good thing is, they have partnered with the local food delivery app. It 's called foodtrek . A homegrown local food delivery app in south Cebu. It is quite fast and convenient to use/ order via app. In fact the management of this food chain are encouraging their customers to use the app for fast and easy dispatching of all the online orders. I have tried using the app itself. It was quite impressive and user friendly too. Plus the riders are quick and very careful in handling the food. Great food, good service. great delivery app

If you are craving for fast food in Moalboal, here's the place to go. It's clean, they have fast service and a variety of menus in their menu. My favorite is their fried chicken, if there's no Jollibee or KFC around, this is the best you can get. If you need a clean toilet, you got one, better than the smelly toilet of Gaisano next door.
