Pizza Hut - Moab

We were here back in June and ordered a pepperoni pizza with cheese stuffed crust and wow! The crust and breading on the pizza were perfect with the perfect ammount of cheese and pepperoni.

I wish I would have looked at the salad bar before ordering one because it was disgusting ? I had a few bites and couldn’t eat the rest. The pizza was meh but the lady was very friendly but you could tell she was definitely over worked.

Started with one menu for three people. Order drinks but fountain machine didn't work so you can order a 20 soda in bottle or a 2 liter. So we ordered water. Waitress brought us three empty cups and we had to get our own drinks. Prices on menu were not correct. No pricing was accurate. We ordered a large pizza and waitress explained the price but was wrong and charge 5 dollars more than what we were told and than argued with me. Pizza tasted like a cheap store bought pizza. This is not a real pizza hut. They have the name but not the food. Will never go back to this place.

I ordered a New York style pizza and cinnamon sticks on the phone. When I showed up at the store they replaced my cinnamon sticks with brownies because they ran out of cinnamon. They then started my pizza and upon finishing it they sprinkled what I later realized was parmigiana basil on it. The pizza was so gritty and nasty that I ate one piece and through the rest away. It is a no brainer that I will never eat at this restaurant again. In all fairness I have to say the staff was friendly and courteous. Just totally incompetent.

7/6/23 5:30pm very unprofessional, disrespectful manager. We ordered a delivery to a hotel we were in, during the ordering process we could hear them arguing about whether or not to tell us they don’t deliver to this hotel. Then they made us wait an hour, before they called back and said our pick up was ready ? Then they argued with us saying we called back and canceled delivery.This team seems incompetent, and they need to be supervised closer by the owner, as I am sure they waste orders all the time. They had to refund $70 dollars instead of serving me, now there is a pizza and sides sitting at the store not in customer’s hands because of bad actors!
