Josie Wyatt's Grille - Moab

The place is nice and the staff is great but the food is not at all worth the price. My husband got a steak and apparently it was not that good. I don't know much about steak but you can see the same from other reviewers here. I ordered the vegetarianentree which said it came with maitake mushrooms but was actually just made with regular white button mushrooms. See pic,definitely not maitake lol. Overall it tasted like something I could get at some kind of Japanese American fast casual place andthe flavor was incredibly underwhelming and bland. The staff was great though! We came in for a late dinner and were seatednext to people who started watching videos or something super loud on their phone. The manager ? came over and offered to moveus this was before our food came so we did. He apologized for the poor experience and treated us to a dessert which was reallynice. Our waitress was also lovely. The food should be improved to match the lovely ambiance and service.

Stopped by for a Corporate meeting. Food, appetizers and drinks were good (8/10). Atmosphere was great. Service needs to improve...maybe they were overwhelmed by the number of people that night, but it took them about 35-45 minutes to get our foodorders out.

While the food is solid at Josie Wyatt's Grille the service and restaurant decor is fabulous. Probably the nicest decor of any restaurant in Moab. This establishment is located with the Hoodoo hotel and is a great spot for breakfast every morning or aquick bite while hanging out around the pool.

Very nice restaurant and great to try after the whole day hiking. One of the few restaurants which opens till 11 pm. Personally I think this is like Chinese mixed with Mexican style taste ; . Recommend the soup, roasted corn and skirt steak.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the craft cocktails. The food was outstanding also. There was a single bartender (Paul) taking orders, delivering food, and making/serving cocktails for the entire pool and bar area; somehow he managed to doso seamlessly.
