Horsethief Coffee - Moab

Stayed at the Moab Spring Resort this week. Each morning I would pick up a matcha. The first two cups and service were amazing. It had me coming back for more. However today (the last morning), matcha was weak and the service was very rude. The taste of matcha was barely noticeable compared to days past. Barista rolling her eyes at me and giving an attitude. Very off-putting and unprofessional. It was very odd as I have experienced fantastic service in the past so this encounter was quite surprising.

Quick, friendly and delicious. Also had a couple of gf/df options for cookies which was a nice surprise! This was also the only option at 6am for all you other early risers out there. Plus there was a cute kitty!

This place was so cute and we loved their kitty, Wizard! The coffee was really good and the barista was very friendly. My only gripe is that they aren't open very long, only 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM so get there early or you'll miss it!

Loved this place! Excellent coffee and service. Opens earlier than most coffee shops. This worked great for our schedule while staying in Moab.

Went 2 mornings in a row when we were desperately in need of coffee. The barista was so friendly and the atmosphere was so quiet and peaceful. Also very yummy cappuccinos ?
