As an Italian I can say that every time I have been able to eat with Giovanni and his wife I have been able to really eat dishes that fully reflect the Italian tradition: from pizza, to gnocchi, to lasagne, to tiramisu, to profiterol, to brioches .. all delicious and easy to digest. I think that if I were looking for a job in Prague I would certainly apply to Panzerotto, not only for the serene environment (Giovanni never lacks a smile and friendliness), the reliability, the quality of their ingredients, but above all for the excellent culinary reputation that attracts more and more people to the shop. Congratulations guys! Keep going like this! Next round!!!
