Who would have thought? It really didn't look like I'd like to eat here, but I'm so glad I came here to stay. Authentic, great tasting ramen at very affordable prices. Itadakimasu!!!

元々は旭川から麺を直送してもらってたそうですが、製麺所が廃業されることになり、元のレシピと設備を譲り受け、現在は自社工場で製麺されています。この麺が他では食べたことがない独特の麺で、10年以上通っている理由の一つです。ラーメンは醤油も味噌も全部美味しいですが、看板メニューは甘辛い肉味噌が掛かった辛味噌味の火山ラーメンです。 沢山のお弟子さんがいて、県北方面で数店舗独立した元店員さんのお店があります。
