Open 7 days a week according to the sign on the truck, don’t trust Google’s hours! Had an absolutely perfect coffee and breakfast here on our way out of Mitchell, and a very nice chat with the owner while he made our drinks. The maple bar was delicious and the breakfast burrito was incredibly hearty, plenty of shredded potatoes and cheese. If we’re ever in the area again we will be back for sure. Food: 5

Was so tired after being up so early and exploring around. Saw the espresso sign and ran towards it. Led into Mitchell and it was such a lovely stop along the highway! Places to sit if you wanna relax. Just stopped for a coffee and burrito but that was the BIGGEST burrito I’ve ever had. Amazing coffee. Good service. Can’t wait to go back Service: Take out
