Wendy's - Missouri

This wendys is always busy, but they ways seem to move the line so quickly! Staff is super friendly and the food quality is ways great here. Glad there is still decent fast food places out there.

Sam, in the back window, has a horrible attitude. He has been rude each time I have encountered him in your drive through. Someone needs to have him work on this. I could understand if I had been rude but all I did was order my food.

Went through the drive through at 11:00 PM. As we sit at the window waiting on our food, the entire crew is playing grab a , giggling and screaming at each other. When she finally came to the widow, she just tossed the order at me and slammed the window shut.

Dirty, confused staff. Good not up to Wendy's standards

Horrible service/I went thru after a long day of work to grab food for me and my kids, and they made me wait in the drive thru 15+ minutes. After I ordered and got the food at the window it was all wrong, the night shift manager was very rude and said that’s what I ordered. I tried to offer to pay the difference but they told us to leave. I’ve been a regular at this location for years but after this incident I will never come back! Something needs to change…
