Ihop - Missouri

This was the worst service ever went and all the food on the order was incorrect or cooked wrong. They didn't have many customers and was there because 2 people received birthday email coupons. The waitress and manager said we looked as if we wanted a free meal when we walked in the door and knew we would be a problem.

The service was terrible, food cooked improperly and was cold. Managers were rude when asked about the service.

Hair in the food. Supposed to be curbside didn't bring it out.

Wasn't the cleanest place. Tables were dirty, had to get the table cleaned before we could use table. As did a couple of customers in the same section. The service was good. The food was fabulous. Had an omelet and it was mouth burning hot all the way to the end. The French toast is the biggest pieces I've ever seen too!

Food was good, 4 star worthy at least, but they changed the way you check out. You used to be able to go pay in the front whenever you were ready, now it's like every other restaurant where you have to wait for the server to come pick up your card. I'm severely disappointed.
