Applebee's Grill - Missouri

Instead of greeting us, the first thing the hostess said to us is there is a 20 minute wait. Meanwhile, there were SEVERAL empty tables and at least 4 servers. NOT WELCOMING AT ALL!

This was the Applebee's off Zumbehl and Veterans Memorial. The staff was very polite and brought the food out right away. However when we got the food home and got everything out to eat food was very over seasoned. Chicken was too spicy to even eat. The shrimp was over seasoned. I couldn't even taste any shrimp, just spices.

Food was average but these days what you expect from Applebee's. The service was poor. Bartender spent all her time with guests at the bar and ignored the ones at tables.

All our food was delicious and our server was very attentive
