Horrible service. The lady at the drive through said our online order system is not poping up in the system so we can't do anything. I paid for it online and when I said that she was like have a good one and just went off.
Keep trying to give this location a chance, but reality is... it is struggling... Drive through may work but the lobby service is beyond slow and pretty much self service for ordering... be prepared to WAIT.....
This Taco Bell always delivers excellence, especially Zain he gave excellent service!
Customer service was bad. The employee said the B and F word to the drive thru customer in front of my 8 year old there was other kids to. Pepsi did not even taste like Pepsi, also dishonest did not give my change.
