Bidra med feedbackThe food was great, we had the loaded Fritten and Welse. We went on Saturday morning and there was no crowd. What I didn't like was that there was no host to welcome us. We waited there when the workers laugh and talk to each other, I think management has to get a better job with everyone in position and ready to go when customers go through the doors. It's just a good business practice. Despite this question, I will still be generous and give this place 5 stars because the food was not disappointed.
Okay, I went to the old Sugar site. The host wasn't even greeted us. The waitress was very overwhelmed. We had a big party, the drinks were very expensive, the food was not very salty. I didn't feel anything about this place! They make renovations in the restaurant and it looks a mess. The singer Tasha and the band were the best part of the night when she was big
I'm sorry I have to leave this review. I was hoping for better. My mother and I went to lunch and with only 2 servers and 2 cooks... we were waiting for our food for about 1.5 hours. It took a while to bring silverware to the table. We both ordered the taste of the soul plate and some macaroni and cheese. When our food arrived, my sweet potatoes and my macaroni were hot. The taste was good, it was just not hot. I asked the waiter to heat my macaroni. It took 30 minutes and I asked 2 more people about my Macaron before I actually got it. The ambience of the place and service needs a lot of work for these prices. I feel like the servers did the best and they were friendly... But the ability to supply food in a timely manner was lacking. The people next to us all got their food except a person who had to go because they broke it out after the others were done. We saw a waitress who flipped a table cloth instead of replacing it with a new one to the left, and the plates and glasses were deleted. We were very disappointed at the service and will not be back. I blame the management for the lack of service. The new location needs a redesign and update. A new signage is also required. The ability to order and pay online is clever, but this should make even faster service and not. They added a 20% size automatically and there was no 20%/size situation. I hope customers need a better service and I hope that this feedback will be used well to improve customer experience for others.
Two stars for dinner. I ordered the catfish and shrimp flours, none of which was to write home. Both the catfish and the shrimp were heavily ground, with minimal spice. We also ordered hot wings that were hard and seriously over cooked, we tried to eat them, but decided our teeth were more important. To order, you need to scan a QR code and order it using the Toast app. First, I was not enthusiastic about this process, but decided to order it was a convenient way. It was also easier to order additional items from the bar or kitchen. A problem with this method? Our server did not stop at our table to check if we needed anything else. We had to show other servers for items, such as food of utensils, glass for beer, napkins, hot sauce, etc. We had a fantastic concert, and I will return to enjoy others, but not by eating.
Had a great dinner. The food was delicious. We ordered to go. The atmosphere was beautiful and the service was great. It wasn't packed. The food was delicious.
