Conflux Brewing Company - Missoula

What an incredible night we had here! our waitress was. cal b. throw you out! as a zöliakie I was so well maintained and the gluten-free options were fantastic! cal was super personable, had great suggestions for eating and drinking and was overall just super fun! fantastic service, atmosphere and eating!

The steel head is excellent. very nice people and children loved the butter noodles. great ipas. nice sitting area in free.

Cool space with lots of different indoor and outdoor seating options. The service was great and our waiter was kind and knowledgeable about their beer on tap. Really enjoyed the beers that we tried and want to come back to try some of their cocktails! Had a house green salad with grilled shrimp and the peach vinaigrette per the waiter's recommendation and it was super light, fresh, and tasty for a hot summer afternoon lunch! My father had a bison burger and really enjoyed that as well! We will definitely visit again to try more of what they have to offer!

Great brewery with an equally great restaurant and full bar. The aesthetic inside is what I would describe as ultra modern mixed with luxury minimalism. Their mix of styles really work well and the place as a whole has a nice vibe. They have multiple patios, one of which is a rooftop patio with a great view!

Best vegan meal in Missoula so far (I’ve only lived here for a few weeks) the Mushroom French Dip with garlic tots. So good. Great service, and I love seeing people meet up here. I’d say it lives up to its name in that way! I’ve already been here three or four times and I’ll keep coming back.
