Zaaffran Kitchen - Mississauga

The quality of the food at this restaurant is not up to par. The customer service is terrible, with a 45-minute wait for food that was overcooked and overly salty. When we voiced our complaints, they brushed us off and claimed we were not served enough food. Those considering dining at this establishment should proceed with caution. Mississauga has many other South Asian restaurants that offer superior service and quality. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

I have to say, this was definitely the best Indian/Pakistani restaurant I have ever been to. The customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly. The food was outstanding, with incredible aromas and high-quality dishes. I highly recommend this place if you are in search of top-notch food and fantastic customer service to enhance your dining experience.

If you want to taste Pakistani food that differs from Indian food, I would recommend this place. But it can be best to get the food, as the atmosphere is quite terrible. It's a literal hole in the Wall-Type restaurant, but I don't care to go back.

This is a common problem with Indian/pakistan restaurants and we are part of the problem. we accept Substandard Service only because the restaurant is a Desi Square. we would never accept this creepy service in any other kind of restaurant. There were only three other...guests in the restaurant. Food took 40 minutes to come and it came in spores. which means that they butter chicken - but then we had to wait 3-4 min for rice and naan and then, when they broke out the naan, we asked for our drinks. 3-4 minutes later they brought out one of our entrees, but no drinks yet. And it went on and on.... it was like pulling teeth to bring out our full order, and every time we had to remind them what was missing. that is regrettable because the food is very good. it hurts me to him a lukewarm review coz food taste is obviously so important in a restaurant. but the lousy service really ruined the mood of all at the table.

Went to this restaurant with friends for breakfast buffet, price was $11.99 and for that you get Halwa/puri, pays and nihari breakfast with unlimited Paris naan. Taste was good and they were able to handle large crowds at a time. Place is small so...got kind of tight with large number of people, however the wait staff were fast and responsive. Overall it was a good experience.
