Wok-A-Way - Mississauga

Recently, I have been ordering from this restaurant online and I have noticed a significant improvement in the taste of the food ever since they relocated. I order from them at least twice a week and I never have to wait long for my delivery to arrive on time.

This restaurant used to be excellent, but the quality has drastically declined since the change in ownership. The food now is a greasy disaster, as evidenced by the chicken balls that were clearly double fried in low-quality oil. I had to reheat them and drain the excess oil before I could even eat them. I will not be returning.

We ordered a meal for four people at 6 pm on New Year's Eve. We were informed that there would be a delay of about 2 hours due to the busy holiday. However, 2 1/2 hours later when we called to follow up, we were told it would be another half hour to 45 minutes. Despite our attempts to contact the restaurant again, there was no response. We never received our food and ended up having sandwiches before going to bed. There was no apology or explanation given. This was by far the worst delivery experience we have ever had. Never again!

We have been ordering here for 18 years and love the food and service! Always fresh and hot! Owner is very friendly and the delivery guys are always so nice!
