Either they need to improve their intercom system at this location, or the staff needs to be re-trained because this is becoming unacceptable.

As a fan of Tim Hortons, I have to say this was the worst service I have ever experienced. The staff seemed moody and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. They were arrogant and even laughed at us while we tried to place our order. I had to repeat myself multiple times because the cashier seemed not to understand. One of the girls at the counter gave us attitude. When my friends and I tried to enjoy our coffee, it felt like the staff were suspicious of us. While we were laughing and having a good time, one staff member kept staring at us and eventually asked us to keep it down. This has never happened at other Tim Hortons locations. I will not be going back there again. The staff need better training on how to welcome customers and handle complaints in a respectful manner. We all left the restaurant immediately after the rude comment. It felt like we were treated with a racist attitude as soon as we walked in.
Terrible service. I ordered two chili dishes. Everyone behind me ordered and left, but I was still waiting. A rude employee told me I hadn't waited long. Then I found out they were out of chili. Finally, a girl from the back brought me my order. When I went to eat it, it wasn't even warm. Step up your game, people! I won't be coming back here.
