I 'm really disappointed with my recent experience. They surprised me by adding a 15% 'service charge ' to the bill, which wasn 't there before, and they hid it in tiny writing at the bottom of the menu. Additionally, after I finished eating, they didn 't clean my table until I asked, even though I waited for over 20 minutes. This isn 't something you should expect when a restaurant adds an extra service charge.It 's frustrating that they only have one washroom for 15-20 dine-in customers, and it 's always crowded. I think the ongoing hype of being the 'best desi food ' is allowing them to get away with this kind of behavior. We should be cautious about this, as the brand name matters a lot to many of us.When we tried to provide feedback to someone from the management, they seemed annoyed, and you could feel it in their tone. Moreover, the amount of food they give you doesn 't match the price you pay. When we talked to the person in charge, Ms. Rumana, she just kept saying she would let the management know. It felt like she was repeating a script without being empathetic.Paying a high food price shouldn 't come with this kind of experience. I don 't think I 'll be going back again.

Amazing food, delicious sweets. Been here for the first time and loved it. Employees are super nice and customer oriented.A little bit pricy but you will not regret coming here. They offer quality food. In love with the kitchen team. Keep up the good work. Will definitely come soon.

Today, I went to Premium Sweets, Mississauga, Tomken Rd, and ordered 5 beef tehari and other items. Their serving of beef tehari so less that it feels like they gave me three beef tehari in 5 boxes. Other times, they constantly mix things up, forget to pack all ordered foods and now they are serving fewer portions. I am so frustrated, I am paying the full amount (every item so expensive) and getting half of my orders. I drove all the way from Waterloo to Mississauga. Very poor services.
