We have tried both locations of Karachi Pizza Heartland is the best in terms of hot pizza served. Ridgeway Plaza location is the second but this one Highway Karachi on Dixie road is the worst one in terms of service cold pizza served and the staff is highly unprofessional.Never going to come here again really disappointed with the quality of the food and the staff behaviour.Hands of the staff serving the food totally dirty and lots of hygiene issue as well restrooms too not sure what’s going inside the kitchen.Need a lot of training on staff and kitchen cooks to ensure hot meals served within timely manner especially when the location is only at 15% capacity and the rest is all empty.

Goals kebabs are changed to meat balls, chicken karahi was good, Naan were khasta biryani came 15 minutes after we start eating, i still give food 4 out of 5, serving was very poor.
