Cultures Fresh Food Restaurant

While shopping at Square One, my companions and I opted for a lunch at the food court. I chose Cultures for a healthy option and decided on the Southwestern Quinoa Salad. It was a delicious and satisfying meal that I didn't feel guilty about eating.

I stopped to grab a bite to eat while shopping and was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh, reasonably priced, and the portions were generous. Not bad for a Food Court.

This restaurant is in the food court at the Square One Mall. Lot of great and healthy choices, with unique and bold flavors. Certainly a place I will go to again if at the Square One Mall.

The process of ordering can be a bit unclear (where should I stand, who do I order from, where do I pick up my food), but it's a fantastic choice for a quick lunch in the area.
