Colossus Greek Taverna (Port Credit)

Excellent experience from beginning to end. It was a party of 16 people celebrating early Christmas. The service was amazing. I highly recommend the sangria; and the homemade seafood/shrimp pasta dish. Both were very, very tasty! Also, the Mediterranean sea bas was fantastic and beautiful served on a long platter with a feast of vegetables. The whole experience will send your taste buds on a trip to Europe.

It's a beautiful place. However, the food was some of the worst greek food I have ever had. My friends all said it was a great place so I went there for my 5 year anniversary. I'm not sure if they switched cooks, but the portion was so small for the price. We bought the rack of lamb for $42 only to receive 4 tiny pieces of meat with under cooked bulky broccoli and zuchini. I'm a huge octopus fan, so of course, I have to order the Moroccan octopus. It's probably the worst octopus I've ever had. It tasted kind of tuna, and it was really anemic looking, not to mention the portion was so tiny about 2 small pieces of tentacles and about 10 olives. The best thing that we ate and I'm not trying to be rude was the pita from the tasting platter appetizer. I hope this is seen as constructive, but it truly was an awful experience for my anniversary.

I can't stop raving about the amazing time I had at Colossus Greek Taverna! The customer service was beyond exceptional—friendly, attentive, and truly made my visit memorable. And guess what? The chicken is halal! ? I've got a suggestion for them: Shout it from the rooftops! Promote that halal goodness to draw in more folks like me who are eager to explore diverse cuisines. Colossus, you've won my heart and my taste buds! ??Vegetarian options: They had vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: I was surprised to find that their chicken was Halal. Excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere, I guess you can say we had an excellent time. The staff was wonderful and very warm, welcoming, and attentive, the food was amazing, the prices were great, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was top notch. Would totally dine here again, thank you for the great night!

Went here for the first time to celebrate my moms birthday, will say the food is amazing so tasty and you can tell everything is very fresh, and portion sizes were huge. Only downside was our service, we really didn’t get any friendly introduction i couldn’t even tell you my servers name because he never really introduced himself. He would often by pass our table and serve everyone around us and we were very confused. Had to ask to order our food, for refills, and for the bill. I felt like the server assistant was helping us more than our actual server. Did not feel important to say the least!Overall food was amazing but service definitely could be better :
