Bidra med feedbackThis is such a great Starbucks, I love the service and all of the people. I am proud to say that this has been my regular Starbucks for 2 years now and for all the times I have been there THEY HAVE NEVER GOTTEN MY ORDER WRONG ONCE!!! I love them so much.
I'm giving this particular establishment a 5/5 rating without having any prejudice towards Starbucks, one way or the other. Well maintained spot, with calm/nature infused outdoor area. Additionally two, individual bathrooms w modern look, averaged sized indoor dining area with plenty of power outlets to accommodate. WiFi strength/signal is average; ran thru Google WiFi service like most of their other locations. No drive thru. Best of all staff is always friendly, on multiple occasions I haven't been disappointed.
Enjoyed a peppermint mocha holiday drink here recently. A little bit bummed they ran out of the holiday reuseable cups after the second day. Was told more should be coming in 4 days.
Worst Starbucks ever! I love Starbucks but I had mobile ordered and you have to pay for the modifications so I had asked for extra caramel. When I arrived I had been standing where you pick up for about 5 minutes until I went to the register because I had seen my drink in the mobile pick up and it literally looked like a iced caramel macchiato that had nothing but the vanilla sweet cream I added. I told the lady in the register that I wanted caramel since I had payed for it and she told the guy to make it and he seem mad and literally drenched the cup with caramel and when he placed it down he threw the straws at me!!
IM SORRY ABOUT THAT IS NOT AND CANNOT BE AN ESCUSE FOR POOR MANAGEMENT. NOR MANAGING A BUSINESS LIKE YOU ARE COLLEGE CAMPUS. I have to say that someone that has been going to Starbucks for the past 20 years, and that has visited over 100 Starbucks locations in the US and overseas (including third world countries. This Starbucks by far has the worst management I ever encountered. The manager at this location has no business whatsoever in managing a For Profit business. Her/his relationship with the employees is not a Manager Employee relationship as it should be, rather a Friend Friend relationship. Here is why: (1) 4 out of 10 orders (regardless if it is mobile or in house order) are wrong, the consequence of this is that Labor, Material, and Product went to waste, either given away for free or to the waste basket. (2) 5 out of 10 products ordered through the Mobile app or in house are not available, the worst part of this, the consumer only finds out when it comes to pick up the order (Please, do not tell me that Sprinkelrs, Syrupe and or food are stucked in the cargo ships out of LA and Long Beach Ports Very Disappointed). (3) The bathroom is not properly supplied nor clean. (4) This location is not properly supplied with products, such as sandwiches, and drink items, they always run out of it. (5) about 2 weeks ago, this property runned out of coffee cups, and lids, however, they had enough to build their Christmas tree (see attached). My recommendation for those who have no time to waste, order your drinks and food from the Los Olivos Starbucks, as that one I know for a fact that a well managed location.
