Stacks Pancake House - Mission Viejo

I went here for the first time on 7/28/24, and the experience was great! The service and atmosphere were just fine, nothing special but the place was clean and staff made sure we had what we needed. I got the crab omelette, and it was incredible! Absolutely picturesque, the perfect omelette both in presentation and in flavor. My girlfriend got the pancakes and I tried a couple of bites, they were also delicious! The pancakes are HUGE so if you get the full stack be prepared to hate yourself by the end of the meal. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast.

Food has really taken a nose dive here. Normally it's quite good but recently they have cut corners on ingredients. I will not be coming here again

I had an amazing brunch experience with Stacks Pancake House delivered right to my door! The waffles were incredibly delicious—perfectly cooked and beautifully paired with fresh strawberries and tastefully sweet cream. The syrup was the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a delightful weekend brunch at home!
