Shin Sushi - Mission Viejo

So good I could cry. We were just visiting from out of town. This place was so friendly and the food was better than anything I’ve had in a decade. Worth it!

Love this place. Not as many roll options as some. They definitely focus on the fish quality which is amazing. The owner, Shin is the chef. 5 stars!

Found our new sushi spot. Fish is absolutely top quality. This is not your typical American sushi place, it’s more traditional Tokyo sushi. Simple menu, no crazy rolls. Servers were very attentive and sweet.

Very good address. Small space Small card Fresh... And the quantities are significant. The staff are lovely. In short, we highly recommend!
