I called the store to order a small catering bundle for my husband's birthday. I was referred to the brand ambassador, Rick. I was given his phone number. Before I had a chance to call, Rick sent me a text to reach out to him or Cody to order at my convenience. I called the next day to purchase. Both team members were polite and patient. I didn't feel rushed or pushed. They made it effortless even when I had to change the delivery time at the last minute. The food arrived perfect and on time. Thanks Jimmy John's!

Love Jimmy Jones. This one is the one I go to most. Lots of parking, Handicap right in front. So clean and smells so good. Staff are friendly and happy. Bread is fresh and soft. Meats are plentiful and seasoned well. Lettuce and tomatoes so fresh they crunch. Cheese also fresh and tasty. They have salads that are also fresh and so good. Only place to b get a great sandwich, drink for a very fair price.

Fresh, scrumptious sandwiches (really good chips too! across several locations i 've visited awesome friendly service!i usually get the #16 (turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo add cucumber extra mayo. with a bag of bbq chips sometimes their spiced ranch, listen this is what you do:*order sandwich cut in half*open your chips/unwrap sandwich *open your cute lil ranch cup*dip 1-2 bbq chips in ranch, crunch once*take a bite of your sandwich *repeat until u have eaten the first half*wrap the second half for later*realize later has come (often immediately *repeat*be filled with sandwich joy*go back, do it again tomorrow the bread is really fresh tasty has the perfect balance of fluff/chewiness/thickness for this kind of sandwich.staff this morning 8/27 was super nice i have always had positive interactions when i come in.thank you Jimmy John 's! oh their motto freaky fast is totally accurate. never tasted anything but fresh, barely have time to let the receipt cool before your made-to-order sandwich is ready.
