Broken Yolk Cafe - Mission Viejo

This restaurant is an excellent choice for breakfast. I ordered the waffle sandwich and it was delicious, although I wish it had a bit more flavor. The atmosphere is great and I will definitely be returning in the future.

I?ve never had a bad experience at this Broken Yolk location. Even though they are understaffed, our server was hustling. Food came out awesome. It?s broken Yolk? don?t expect some pinky?s up cuisine, expect a hearty down to earth meal.

I finally had the opportunity to try out this restaurant. As a lover of breakfast, I have high expectations when it comes to morning meals. I visited on a quiet late morning on a Monday, and the service was excellent. I appreciated that they offered a mix-and-match option for their Eggs Benedict. I tried one traditional and one Caprese, which was a fun twist. The dish came with a choice of sides, and my hash browns were crispy and generously portioned. Overall, everything was pretty good. However, I did notice that the muffins were quite tough and difficult to cut, which is why they provide steak knives. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be a bit pricey, but still enjoyable.

This restaurant was very clean and well organized. We had every American breakfast food item you could think of and they were all Amazing!!! The service was on point and the food came out quick ...ALL real hard to find right now so Thank You, Cheers toBYC!!!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was pleased with the wide variety of dishes on their menu. The breakfast I ordered was good overall, but the steak could have been marinated better and I would have preferred less gristle. The portion sizes were generous and the service was excellent.
