Baskin-robbins - Mission Viejo

It was kind of busy with just one employee, but he was very focused on the experience of each customer. When he came to us, it was like we were his first customers of the day, although I could see how hard he worked. Nice work to see. Oh, and the ice was really good.

I ordered a father's day cake online on Baskin Robbin's website and for whatever reason no receipt is received, although my credit card was charged. I was concerned that the store did not receive my order, so I received the customer service by email. To my surprise, the store manager called me personally the next morning to tell me they had my order, and she sent me my reception by email to calm my mind. Sure enough, I took the cake at the assigned time and it looks and tastes great! I really appreciate the great customer service and will probably order another cake for my next special occasion! Thank you.

After the Foothill Ranch location refused to honor its 24-hour turn around a custom cake, this location occurred and was amazing. I ordered the cake online. I had added for flavor substitution because not all ice flavors are offered on the website. I called a few minutes later to be sure that my special substitution made sense and it already checked the order and said it was no problem. It was a great cake for a special occasion!
