Steven really goes above and beyond to take care of the guests and his crew at Baja Fresh! Even though the AC was out, he bent over backwards to make sure everyone had a good experience! Food is delicious as always!

The owners of this store understand the importance of hiring experienced staff. They employ older, seasoned workers rather than under-25 juveniles who see it as just a job, like at McDonald's. Young adolescents often lack knowledge about the food industry and proper food safety and handling. As a result, your food will taste better here.

The best Baja Fresh in California. The staff keep it clean and stocked, they are friendly and service/customer-oriented, and deliver consistently great food.

Great location. Amazing staff. Sadly not a fan of the chicken.

I want to give a shout out to the older gentleman with the grey hair who was so kind today 3/13/24 at 5:30pm. Our order had issues and we ended up waiting a while and this gentleman was so kind and apologetic and I really appreciated his customer service. I believe he may be the manager or owner and I wish I by it his name but I wanted to give him a shout out!
