Baja Fresh - Mission Viejo

I want to give a shout out to the older gentleman with the grey hair who was so kind today 3/13/24 at 5:30pm. Our order had issues and we ended up waiting a while and this gentleman was so kind and apologetic and I really appreciated his customer service. I believe he may be the manager or owner and I wish I by it his name but I wanted to give him a shout out!

The owners of this store location get itThey hire older experienced staff not the juvenile kids that are under 25 who simply work at McDonald’s because it’s a jobYoun adolescent kids know nothing about the food industry or food safety and handling. Your food wil taste better here

We had the grilled fish taco, grilled shrimp taco and Southwest quesadillas. Those are all my favorites and they were perfect. Fresh and hot and delicious. I love Baha Fresh because it is true to hit's name.

It had been a minute since my last Baja Fresh experience, with all the locations near me in Colorado having shut down. Today, though, was a treat. I went for my go to, the bean and cheese burrito with black beans, and it was exactly as I remembered—absolutely satisfying.Do me a favor and keep the Fresh dream alive eat here! Moses agrees—this is a spot not to be missed (even though he missed some photos).
