Whenever I go here they always say that their Americano machine is ALWAYS dirty and not working.

Meh...Maybe if I was a Canadian, I'd understand the love of Timmie's. The Maple Bacon Breakfast Sandwich was awful. Toasting the English muffin would help a lot! Employees could care less about customers.

Ladies are way overworked. No, Renee enough staff in there. And they don't know what a double-double taste like for the life of them.

The location is fine if you go inside and order but if you use the drive thru they almost always miss one or two food items or they give a different item than ordered. If you go inside after to have them remedy the situation they will pretty quickly but its probably faster to not use their drive thru at all at that point.

I bought coffee and muffins. The girl in the night asked me what I would like and suggested me the food according to my requirements. I really liked your service.
