Super service! I don't want to spit into the soup, but I (and the other 20 at our tables were on the 1stChristmas Day at lunch in Missen and were very happy with service and food. Although all tables were occupied, the food came for everyone almost at the same time and time, then three servings served the dishes at once. Our service even found time for my son to pack the rest of the crust roast (which was also very tasty in aluminium. This may be a mistake in a cook during such operation, you should be able to forgive in the Christmas season. Sometimes it just helps to think about one thing, to sleep one night over it, and when the trouble is still so big to talk directly to the hurricane about it. I wish everyone a quiet, peaceful and healthy year 2014 (where I will surely enjoy the good kitchen again a few times at the Schäffler;

Yesterday evening we had been to eat four and were totally satisfied and especially bappsatt. The pigshaxe was the hammer! Outside grease and inside tender and no bit fat. The sauce a poem. The beer tasted great and there were ice cream for dessert. So I didn't know Rhabarber tasted as ice cream, but it does. Unfortunately, there was no more Kaiserschmarrn... aaaaber, thanking the nice waiter, we were able to catch up today. At noon we were back in the Scheffler. And the Kaiserschmarrn is also highly recommended. Just like the sausage salad greeting to the nice, helpful waiter, that makes the really great. If now the chef actually takes up the idea of the Wiener Schnitzel with mustard...? Greeting from the #derGötzenSenf , we will gladly give the recipe back, if desired.
